Yoga PAH! CLASSES
Welcome to Hatha Yoga. This is a gentle, stretching and strengthening group of poses for all levels. During class you will practice a series of poses, breathing exercises and finally, meditation – leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. On strong days, you can push yourself. For those days when you are feeling stressed – just relax into the poses and enjoy yourself. This is not a race, it is a way of life.
What does Yoga PAH! Mean? It is an ASL term that captures the essence of elation and joy after achieving a long awaited personal goal: At last, I did it, Finally! or TA DA are all possible English translations.
