Posture and Awareness:
It takes much awareness to notice your posture throughout the day. Where are your shoulders and chin? If you allow your heart to lead the way, your shoulders will roll back and your chin will be level to the floor. Where do your eyes look? If your eyes look at the ground a few feet away from you, then your posture will not be so tall. If you look ahead as if you are “reading street signs”, then you will be tall and feel confident.
And what are your feet doing? Observe how you walk. Notice if the heel touches the ground first. See (and feel) how the back foot lifts off the ground to take the next step.
And of course, smile. It takes much less muscle effort to smile than to frown.
