Namaste. Welcome to the Yoga PAH! web site. The very fact that you are visiting this page demonstrates you are a "possibility thinker."

Yoga PAH! is a website about yoga in American Sign Language (ASL).

PAH! is an ASL term that captures the essence of elation after a personal victory, a feeling of joy after accomplishing a long awaited goal. “At last! I did it! Finally!” are all possible English translations.

Life can be like that for all of us. While sign language is the beautiful language of the Deaf Community, Yoga PAH! is not limited to Deaf people. Hard of hearing and hearing friends who use sign language are welcome to Yoga PAH! classes.

I have just released a ‘deaf yoga DVD’- an instructional yoga DVD taught in American Sign Language. This DVD includes voice over, subtitles in both English and French, and thus is open to EVERYONE; from hearing people who know no sign language to Deaf people. Yoga is for everyone.
